CTAC — Careers in Technology Cohort
Co-founder & Director of Curriculum and Programming
CTAC was an intensive careers-in-technology program for adults moving into software. I went through the program as a student, then came back as a co-founder and its Director of Curriculum and Programming. I wrote the curriculum, taught it daily as the sole instructor for two years, supervised a third, and worked with corporate sponsors so each cohort learned what their hiring pipelines needed.

What stood out
- Over 100 of the roughly 130 career changers I taught were placed in full-time roles at Charlotte's major employers, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Lowe's, Ally, Coca-Cola Consolidated, and Truist.
- Taught about 130 of the program's ~200 graduates across three years of cohorts: two teaching daily, one supervising.
- Led a four-person curriculum team on a contracted cohort build for an external client.
- Worked with corporate sponsors so cohorts launched with the curriculum their hiring pipelines needed.
